Short description:

The environmentally friendly AM FLEXPROOF 521WB is a water-borne bituminous emulsion designed to penetrate and seal porous surfaces when diluted. AM FLEXPROOF 521WB seals and prepares the surfaces of many substrates including concrete, asbestos cement, lightweight concrete screeds and asphalt concrete.

Its good bonding properties ensure good adhesion to substrate when applied; at least one of the substrate must be porous in order  to achieve a good cure.
