DERMAFIL COMPOUND containing distilled bitumen modified with select polypropylene and copolymer polymers which
gives the compound excellent flexibility, thermal stability and resistance to ageing.
Thanks to the use of REINFORCEMENT with a medium/high mass per unit area and non woven polyester stabilised
by means of glass strands, DERMAFIL guarantees outstanding mechanical performance and dimensional stability
(±0,2/0,3%). Reinforcement in continuous polyester is available for applications on large surfaces subject to high mechanical stress. DERMAFIL 40250 GS POL and 50250 GS POL have recently obtained the CE certification in conformity
with EN 14695 related to waterproofing concrete bridge decks and other surfaces trafficables by vehicles. This achievement is thanks firstly to the compound’s excellent performance, which allows the direct application of hot asphalt on top
of the membranes and, secondly to the high grammage stabilized polyester which can withstand the high mechanical
stress of heavy machinery. Top FINISH in silica sand, non-woven polypropylene, natural or coloured slate chips disseminated uniformly and firmly anchored; Smooth bottom FINISH in torched off polyethylene sheets.
