Properties and its uses:
\nUsed in conjunction with fibreglasss mat to
\nobtain added strength. This system exhibits
\nhigher corrosion and abrasion resistance and
\nhas excellent adhesion to metals, concrete, and
\nwood. A minimum of two layers of fiberglass
\nmat is recommended. However, one layer of
\nfiberglass mat and one layer of tissue mat is
\nsatisfactory where corrosion or abrasive
\nconditions are not excessive.
\nArea of applications:
\nAny industries where higher corrosion and
\nabrasion resistance are needed. Such areas as
\neffluent treatment tank, pickling tank and
\nchemical storage tank will find this system very
\nideal.
\nSurface preparation:
\n– Abrasive blast clean to minimum SA 2.5
\nstandard for steel. Alternative method of
\nsurface preparation may, under some
\ncircumstances be acceptable. These must be
\nconsulted with our technical personnel.
\n– All concrete surfaces should be clean, dry and
\nfree from any contamination.<\/p>\n
